Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Avela Cases order. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:

• 30-day window: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Item condition: Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Loss in value: If an item is returned in a condition that affects its value, you may be responsible for the loss in value, as agreed upon with Avela Cases.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are available for unopened and unused items only.
